By using AgriLiv SaaS, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. Software Usage

• AgriLiv SaaS is provided for livestock and poultry management, farm tracking, and analytics purposes only.
• Users must provide accurate farm data and maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• The software is intended for lawful use in accordance with applicable Indian laws.

3. Subscription Plans & Payments

• AgriLiv offers Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans with monthly or annual billing options.
• Payment must be made in advance to access the software. Plans can be upgraded or downgraded as needed.
• No refunds are available for partial usage of the billing period.

4. User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for entering accurate data related to animals, feed, vaccinations, and farm operations.
• Users must ensure their account credentials are kept secure and not shared with unauthorized persons.
• AgriLiv is not responsible for incorrect data entry or unauthorized access due to user negligence.

5. Data Management

• All farm data entered in AgriLiv is stored securely and managed manually within the software.
• AgriLiv does not perform API integrations; all updates and tracking are maintained within the platform.
• Users can export reports and data for their own records or government compliance purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and software components of AgriLiv SaaS are the intellectual property of AgriLiv.
• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software under the subscription terms.
• Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale of the software is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• AgriLiv SaaS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• The software is designed to assist farm management, but AgriLiv is not liable for any loss, damage, or errors resulting from use.
• Users are responsible for backup and accuracy of all farm data entered.

8. Termination

• AgriLiv reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breach of terms, non-payment, or unlawful use.
• Upon termination, users must immediately stop using the software, and all license rights will cease.

9. Changes to Terms

AgriLiv may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of AgriLiv SaaS will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
